Prior to Onsophic, Tom was a highly technical Silicon Valley engineer working on projects at Borland, EVS, Google and Apple.
Before Onsophic, Ian held multiple executive positions including Senior Director at Apple responsible for rebuilding two US-wide organizations – Systems Engineering and Professional Services (separate P&L within Apple). He also founded a multi-million dollar consulting company that was acquired by a dot-com.
